  • Mutton Chops: You need to have approxx. 500 grams of mutton chops which needs to be cleaned and washed. 
  • Fresh Coriander: You need to have 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves which also need to be washed well and chopped as well.

  • Ginger-Garlic Paste: You can also use 1 tablespoon of fresh prepared ginger-garlic paste. 
  • Yogurt: Use ½ cup of thick yogurt and try to prefer the hung curd.

  • Spices: You need to have 1 teaspoon of cumin powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, and ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder and also need to use the salt as per your taste preferences.
